Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

37 yr female, 5 ft 5 in, 208 lbs History of: Chiari Malformation Type 1 (decompression surgery March 2011) and Cervicalgia/Headaches. I have had several different MRI s done since November of 2010. Today I had an MRI Thoracic w wo contrast. The impression from the radiologist is: Multilevel disc protrusions particularly on the left at T7-8 with some mild cord compression. Small central disc protrusion T8-9. Moderate sized right paracentral disc protrusion T9-10 with some mild cord compression and small right paracentral disc protrusion at T10-11. My question is please translate this into terms I completely understand and tell me the standard treatment for this. I am in pain constantly, not only with my back, but also with my neck (recovering from my decompression surgery in March) and I live with daily headaches still. I also suffer numbness & tingling in my right leg and foot, occasionally in my left leg and foot. I also have the numbness and tingling in both hands and arms constantly. I appreciate any advice you may have. I am scheduled to see a pain dr tomorrow but not sure what is going to happen there. My neurosurgeon referred me to one to manage my pain meds from the Chiari. Thank you for taking time to help me.
