Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

I have been having headaches almost every day for over a month - they seem to be sinus related, but I am not really that congested. Today, I feel like my breathing is shallow and I have some congestion and some tinges in my head, but not a full-blown headache

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Generally, when a patient has a new headache or a change on the existing one, it is advisable to have a visit with the doctor to rule out important causes of headaches.
On the other hand, until you see the doctor, you may use ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hours after food and paracetamol 500 mg concomitantly. Local warm or cold packs might be helpful as well.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
