General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If your baby is 10 Kg weight then you can give paracetamol syrup ( 125 mg/ 5ml ) - 5ml 4 times daily. If still fever is more then paracetamol suppository and intravenous fluid administration will be needed and for that you need to approach ER or pediatrician. If fever lasted 5 days already then you have to do blood and urine routine investigations.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
