Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

Occasionly I have afib symptoms (diagnosed) but sometimes it triggers lightheadedness. These symptoms are just fleeting - long enough to notice, and then disappear. There seems to be no trigger as it happens just randomly, and maybe only once a month or even longer. I am on several different medications for the afib, high blood pressure, etc, and under the care of a GP and a cardiologist.
