Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough
our child(male) who is 5 years and 2 months is coughing non stop for last 3 days..when consulted a homeopath doctor who is an MBBS also 3 days back he was having throat infection..After taking the medicine there was no recovery and we saw her once again yesterday evening and she changed the medicine saying he would be alright by today evening..However, there is no sign of improvement and we gave nebulization of budecort and duolin yesterday at 11 pm yesterday when he got some relief but again since 3 am he is coughing nonstop..please help

well. first we have to find out, why he is coughing?for which you will need to do a chest xray , you may also have to do sputum for culture?
if the cough was sudden in onset, then there maybe a foreign body and this must be ruled out
please meet a good pediatrician as soon as you can!
