Suggest Treatment For Persistent Anxiety And PTSD

I know for a fact that I have PTSD from a rape case 4 years ago and then a couple years ago, my husband s best friend committed suicide while we were both at his house one night. I would like to get a service dog but i need to be diagnosed with anxiety and PTSD before I can register. I also need a service dog for my thyroid problems and hearing impairment.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you to relieve anxiety are :
-Relieve tension with vigorous exercise or massage.
-Practice relaxation techniques.
-Get enough rest.
-Practice healthy thinking and stop negative thoughts.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine.
-Plan your day. Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious.
-Get involved in social groups, or volunteer to help others. Being alone can make things seem worse than they are.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
