Hi dear ,

As per your query you have perforated ear due to irrigation procedure and now there is pus discharge . You may need surgery if your perforated eardrum is severe or doesn't heal that is myringoplasty . It also seems to me that you also suffering from ear infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination so that infection can not spread to surroundings and avoid complications like vertigo . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics at least for 10 days before doing any procedure . Doctor may perform patching or surgery . For now keep your ear dry and give warm dry compresses on external ear .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
