Hi Dr. I am 25 years old and have small penis it is 4 inches and thin too in erectile conditions. And in normal condition it is too small & thin it doesn't seems of a 25 year old male. Another thing is that whenever I come in touch of any female or see something sexual then in a minute a drop of semen comes. Both are big concern for me as I never had sex but did little bit masturbation long time ago only.Please give suggest about size and time.Thanks
