Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms that you describe are suggestive of local inflammation.

For this reason, I would recommend performing an ultrasound of the soft tissues in this region and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
