Suggest Treatment For Painful Rash On Lower Buttocks

Hello, I have a painful rash on my buttox crack, I had a hemrroid 4 days ago and it s still there 3 days ago I took a bath with Epson salt and the used a hemrroid wipe which has witch hazel in it, and I believe I had an allergic reaction to that or I did I develop this rash due to sweating I drive about 5-6 hours a day and have sweated alot down there when hemrroid came out. Please let me know what to do to get of this rash. Thanks

It seems to be Jock Itch--a condition caused by sweating and fungal infection. Tinea is the name of that fungus.


You need not worry as it will go away with proper treatment. Apply Hydrozole cream on the affected area after cleaning and drying the area. Take Loratadine tablet by mouth. Wear loose clothes and cotton only underwear. Better is to avoid long drive in hot weather and humidity will also cause an aggravation of the issue.


Take plenty of clean drinking water and a healthy and balanced diet.
