Suggest Treatment For Painful Bumps On The Buttocks

I sit a lot..2-3 hours in car and 8+ hours at work. Right where my butt bone at the bottom of my buttocks is have developed some fairly large purplish, painful welt like pimple like things on the skin. One broke and bled. It is on both sides of my buttocks where the bottom of my butt bone hits the bottom of the buttocks. It that like a pressure ulcer?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, going by your history, it appears as folliculitis which is common on this area, Pressure ulcer is highly unlikely (moreover, they develop in chronically bed ridden patients and don't evolve like painful welt like pimple like thing).
I would adv you a course of oral antibiotics with cap Cephalexin 500mg four times a day for 7 days and apply nadibact cream locally over the lesions twice daily.
Keep the area dry
I hope with this, the lesions will resolve in 7 days
All the best
