OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Tender and engorged breasts, weight gain, flatulence, and heartburn are common symptoms present in early pregnancy as well as in premenstrual period.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
It must be due to premenstrual symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
