Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Lower Right Side Of Back

Hi, My name is Gemma, I have been getting a lot of pain on my lower rt side, and it travels around to my lower back, and at times it also feels like something is stabing me under the rib! Is this muscle spms or worst? Pls help me with some answers! Thanks Gemma.

Well,as u mentioned that you have lower right side back pain so for this I would like to suggest you few investigations to rule out the cause..u need to get ultrasound abdomen pelvis and internal viscera to look for your kidneys liver and spleen.. Secondly I would like to advice you xray limbo sacral region to document on your back ache and also xray kub(kidney,ureter and bladder).the purpose of these investigations are: to rule out the cause of pain as if it is due to any kidney stone or is it due to any abnormaity in your lumber spine.also please get a blood cp test..and after all these investigation kindly come back to me..
