Suggest Treatment For Pain On Right Side Of Neck Radiating To Head And Eye

Hello, My name is Ciara. My husband has been having VERY bad headaches. He is experiencing them everyday, more than once a day sometimes. He says on a scale of 1 to 10 its a 10. He has been to 3 doctors now and has had 3 different diagnosis s. The headaches start on the right side of his neck and radiate through the right side of his head and around his right eye to his nose. He says that when he breaths through his right nostril it hurts as if a nerve is exposed. All 3 doctors said his nose looks ok. We need to figure out these headaches. Please help!

1. Going by the history it seems to be Trigeminal Neuralgia for which Ophthalmic and Neurological opinion is necessary.

2. But as routine one must check with:
. Blood pressure
. Sinus tenderness and for any focus of infection in teeth, tonsils or ears.
. If associated fever, check for neck stiffness
. If it is progressive refer for CT Scan-Head
