Hello,

When you say left side of the body, please mention locally were do you get pain? When does the pain increase, during any activity? My thought is you could have strained your back or it could be radiating pain. due to sudden movement. The pain would come down in a day or two. Do some back exercises (Lower back) and you should be fine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Babu Rao, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
