Suggest Treatment For Pain On Left Ankle Bone

having pain on left ankle bone, sometimes this ankle will swell but swelling is cease with rest and elevation of this foot. some times i have intermittent dorsal sharp stabbing pain, over the past 4 months i have twisted this ankle a couple of times could this be a contribuing factor?

Yes neglected ligament injury can lead to capsular thickening and persistent pain.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
Take tendon healing agents like chondritin sulphate consuling your doctor.
If pain persists you may need MRI.
