Suggest Treatment For Pain Inside Left Wrist

I have been having severe pain on the inside of my left wrist which is verywarm to touch. It started out with tingling, numbness, etc. and now progressed to horrible pain for which I m taking Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I had a serious fall over a plastic box in my family room several years ago fracturing the upper arm and tearing the rotator cuff for which I chose to have no surgery due to having AIP Porphyria and with one surgery starting at 10:35 a.m. I was still asleep at 6:00 p.m. and no one told my family. I have a horrible fear of surgery. Do you think this could be a clot?
