Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicle

My left testicle has been hurting after I play football and has just started 3 days ago? What may be the problem? I had mono and didn t exercise for 3 weeks and just jumped into extreme exercise so could it just be me over working myself and my body not being used to it?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Painful left testes after exercise could be as a result of trauma. It could also be caused by an infection (orchitis, epididymitis), varicocle and testicular torsion even though less likely given the duration of symptom.I will suggest you rest well, avoid tight panties, take pain medication like ibuprofen and observe. If pain persist, you see your Doctor to investigate for an infection.
Hope this will help
Best regards
