Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck

Hi, I am 40 yo female, over the last 12 months noticed hearing in left ear has deteriorated, saw a ent last week, had 2 MRI's one on brain then Radiographer DR asked me back to MRI Neck and Thorasic Spine. I have terrible neck trouble on my left side, pain radiating down my left arm and left leg. Growing up as a child I was diagnosed with Scoliosis and monitored until turning 18 with no action required. I am returning to the ENT next week, phoned his office 2 days ago to inquire about why extra films were ordered on neck and spine and ent knew nothing off the extra request. When ENT received MRI report I received a message saying it is not a tumour he could not discuss over the phone, he did state I will have to see a neurologist. I am sitting down with ENT next week to discuss in full. Until then I am a little concerned.
