Hello,

Since you have fibromyalgia you will have pain in the body, however, since you are having neck pain & dizziness you are suggested to visit an ENT & get physically examined.

Get Audiometry test done & get assessed to detect vertigo. If vertigo is detected you will be treated with medications. Do not drive, stay at rest till you are being treated.

For tremor get Nerve function & Imaging tests done & get treated. Peripheral neuropathy is a complication of fibromyalgia. Get treated at the earliest.

In the meantime take food rich in B6, B12, folic acids & minerals or food rich in vitamin B.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
