Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Heart And Bradycardia

Hi my name is Paul i am trying to figure out if my hearts failing i am athletic but i drink 3 energy drinks a day i haven t drank water in three years if i do i get really sick. I get really sharp pains for hours from my heart to my armpits my heart rate averages 55 to 70bpm and sometimes i feel stuck in time when its happening it often occurs on average every other day I have a family now and have to get better to live longer for them i strongly believe that i will die of a heart attack but i need to know what to do now to prevent all this. Thank you for the help

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemia of heart leading to congestive symptoms.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D echo ,lipid profile,hsCRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.I also advise you to get chest x ray to confirm.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,betablockers diuretics will help once diagnosis is confirmed.Get your blood pressure and heart rate monitored regularly.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.Restrict your salt intake to less than 6 gm per day.Exercise regularly.Meditation ,yoga,breathing exercises will help to large extent.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
