Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arch Of The Feet

I was told by my med. provider I had plantar faciaitis (sp). I purchased some ortho arches at a price of over 400 and when I wear them it just makes them worse. There is no pain accept in the arch of my feet. The right be the worst. When I cross my right leg over the left there is a certain point that will feel like a nerve is being pinched and the inner part of my arch twitches and hurts like the dickens. I had gone to a Japanese massage person who really used STRONG massaging.....could he have damaged my feet and the nerves? I don t like doctors and won t go to anyone local.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As you already diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. As well as you are not feeling better by massage that you have taken.

I will suggest to you that take tablet Aceclofenac for pain, but for complete care consult with orthopedician and undergo for surgery.

Do regular physiotherapy after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
