Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen

Doctor, I have a continual dull ache in my lower left side of my abdomen. It is more pronounched in the morning and usually decreases but does not totally go away after a bowel movement. My bowel movements have not been normal and seem to be dry and more sticky than normal. I have been taking an organic colon cleanse pill that seems to help, but I still have the dull ache. Also, I have occasional pain on the right side and center of my abdomen. It is occasionally sharp but only lasts a second and then the dull ache resumes. Any thoughts?

HI.
Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are looking more due to Colitis. You need to take a course of antibiotics and metronidazole for 5 days. See the results. If no relief you have to go for colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen to see what the underlying problem and to rule out the Colorectal cancer.
