Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Buttock

I am sufferring from pain on my left buttocks, i had a ureteric stone surgery by laser 3 months ago and now i am suffering from this pain. I had an xray Of the spine done which shows suspected spondylolysis at pars of interarticularis of l5 please suggest if ceragem would work

Hello,

It could be due to neuropathic pain as in the case of sciatica.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
