I have had painful labia majora since Friday of last week after having sexual intercourse and notice two days ago I have cracked labia majora and what looks like an ulcer either side it is very painful to sit stand and to urinate also what looks like an ulcer/fissure on the opening of anus, my gp has no clue and sent me away with dakacort 24 hours ago of which I now have more pain and discomfort please help
