Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee

i WENT TO THE URGENT CARE AFTER HAVING PAIN IN MY LEFT KNEE ON THE FRONT LOWER RIGHT Part. They gave me predisone then it kept hurting so a week later I went to my Dr. they sent me to a rehabilation Dr. at Kaiser the same day she gave me a cortizone shot in my knee that Thursday it is now Sunday and I still am having pain in the knee, can t sleep at night because of it and it is worse after I walk or when I turn it a certain way.

Iw advise you MRI knee to see for anany major cartilage damage.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you a great relief.
you may need rest and guided exercises.
Till time continue analgesics.
