Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Is there any history of trauma? Is there any fever associated? Any rash in the body? Any burning micturation?
In my opinion you should definitely consult an orthopedic surgeon so that he can be assessed properly. Sometimes there is soft tissue injury which doesn't evident on x ray. Or it could be secondary to some other infection in body.
Meet orthopedic surgeon
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Regards
