Hi, for 3 days now, I wake up early in the morning due to heart pain which goes through my back and then pain under my breastbone above upper abdomen...and then I feel like I'm gonna spy and seems a lot of acids in my stomach that it helps a bit when i release gas through my mouth, it also helps me when I inhale and exhale deeply..also I started to exercise prior to this heart pain however I was not able to continue doing it since it only makes me dizzy and nauseated...what is wrong with me? Could you help me please...
