Started having pain 7 months ago in my groin area. I think I have self diag the area and it is called the iliofemoral legament. Sometimes it feels super tight and it is not easily able to be stretched out, sometimes I can feel a knot and sometimes I dont. There is an over all aching/ to sharp pain more often then not especially when I try to stretch it out. The pain started after playing football....
