Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case. I think it is due to fatigue or muscle weakness. I would suggest you use hot water fomentation. Also, avoid standing or walking for a long time. It will help you. You can take Brufen for pain relief. If symptoms continue or increases then you need to show it to doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naveen Kumar Sharma,
