Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I studied your mother's case and I think she is having frozen shoulder. This is due to impingement of rotator cuff under the bone. it is common in middle age Diabetic females. I would also recommend you to get MRI of the shoulder to see if there is also any muscle tear or bursitis.
I would also recommend you to get x ray of the knee joint and Dexa scan to see what is the bone mineral density to quantify osteoporosis.
As far as treatment is concerned she will need calcium and vitamin D3 for the osteoposrosis.
for arthritis she might need a knee replacement surgery.
for shoulder problem she will need arthroscopy surgery for cuff repair and treating impingement.
I think in Banglore, you can visit Fortis hospital, Apollo hospital.
