thank you and pleased to answer you
It is an alcoholic neuropathy whose symptoms may group together the following signs, numbness in the arms and legs "abnormal sensations", "ants" painful sensations in the arms and legs. It can also exist, muscle weakness, muscle cramps or pain Muscle, intolerance to heat, especially after exercise, sometimes sexual impotence (in men), difficulty in urinating, incontinence (discharge of urine) with feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder and difficulty in beginning urination Sometimes constipation or diarrhea with nausea, vomiting, dizziness. Other symptoms may occur with this disease ...
The cause of alcoholic neuropathy is debated. It probably involves both direct intoxication of the nerve by alcohol, and the effect of poor nutrition associated with alcoholism.
In terms of treatment:
It is important to supplement the diet with vitamins, thiamine and folic acid. Physiotherapy and orthopedics may be necessary to optimize muscle function and maintain the position of the limbs.
You can take medication, if necessary, to treat pain or discomfort sensations. The response to medication varies. You should take the least amount of medication needed to reduce the symptoms, to help prevent addiction and other side effects from chronic use.

Common medications may include over-the-counter pain relievers such as aspirin, ibuprofen or acetaminophen to reduce pain.

But for better care, you should consult a neurologist.
best wishes
