Suggest Treatment For Nose Congestion Despite Taking Medication

sir my mummy s nose is blocked since 15 days. i consulted at jhanjharpur from 2 good physians. but she has n t any improvement. one physian has given the treatment of sinus but nothing she got. she told the doctors that khasi karne ke baad nosr halka aur thoda khulta b hai. please help sir

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your explanation it looks like sinus infection only..
You should consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated again and get a sinus x ray done.
Also an examination of nasal cavity should be done to check for nasal polyp.
Depending on the exact diagnosis treatment can be done.
For now she can use nasal decongestant like Xylometazoline.
Also do steam inhalations.
Continue antibiotics like Augmentin and decongestant like Phenylephrine orally.
