Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Hello doctor yesterday by chance my penis foreskin get out of its normal position behind the bulb.And i tried it to get it back to original position but it is not getting there. It is really paining. What should i do now.

You have to go to the emergency room because you have a condition that you call paraphimosis. If this is left untreated for a few hours there will be severe swelling of the penis and you may need emergency circumcision.
