Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello Welcome to HCM

Neuroasthenia is a chronic disorder with multiple system involvement. Symptoms like repeated fatigue, pains, symptoms of spinal irritation, abdominal complaints like flatulence, epigastric discomfort, headache, dizziness etc are seen. For making diagnosis consult a Psychiatrist for detailed opinion. Long term depression is a sequel of this.

Chronic fatigue can be treated easily. Medicines like NSAIDs as Aspirin can be used for relief of pain. SSRIs and SNRIs are fluoxtine, paroxetine, duloxetine etc are very useful in anxiety. Duloxetine is SNRI drug with very good results in depression and pain symptoms. Talk to your family members and consult a Psychiatrist.

Thanks
