Suggest Treatment For Nerve Damage In Foot Along With Numbness

Yes, I have had two back surgeries causing a pinched nerve in my left leg both times. First surgery when I was 16 then in my 30 s. I am now just shy of 53. Recently I have had a swollen left foot, on the top running from my big toe up about 5 . The left side of my foot has nerve damage and is numb. When I wake up its hard to get moving because of my foot pain. What do you think this could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the old history may not be anything to do with pain right now that you have, but this could be due to some age related musculoskeletal pathology some time this may need some investigations, pain can be managed with analgesic medicine and physiotherapy, better to have orthopedic opinion first, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
