Suggest Treatment For Neck Stiffness And Pain In Arm After Injury
I was had several boxes fall hitting me in the neck and back at work today, my symptoms are stiffness of my neck, pain down my right arm just before my elbow and some pain in my back. The doctor they sent me to said I ct contusion and to go back to work with no restrictions... Is this normal?

If you have stiff neck and pain over arm and back then it would be advisable to have bed rest for couple of days.
You can take over the counter pain killers like motrin 400 mg on as and when required basis.
Muscle stiffness may take some to time like 2 or 3 days to heal completely.
Apply ice pack over the stiff area and back.
I pain persist even after 3 days then seek medical help from some local doctor.
