Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

I hit the back of my head two days ago on a wood floor skating. Then a day ago I hit the back of my head again. I am still suffering from neck pain and stiffness and it seems to be a little swollen and some bruising along my neck. What should I do to illeviate this pain and stiffness

U shuold take analgesic +muscle relaxant ie paracitamol/diclofenac/aceclofenac+tizanidine along with antiinflammatory enzyme tab like trypsin+bromolien or serassiopeptidase tabs dont forget to take antacid when u take analgesic(diclofenqc or aceclofanac) for 3 or 4 days
