Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Headache

Hi I am 49 years old male. I had some slight neck pain and headaches two days from now. I check my blood pressure and the reading was 153/90 is this normal? I am out of medicine and the doctor will be on Monday. My wife worried if my bp is getting higher. What to do when your home if this happen and you are out of pill. Thank you for your help

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

Your BP is high but not very high to be panicked. Also the elevation in BP could be due to neck pain and headaches also. And once the pain comes down your BP also will come down .

For pain management at home you can take hot compresses over your neck region.. Even a head massage will give you good relief.

For BP management without pills you need to relax, stay calm do meditation or even sleep .

But do consult your doctor and get your BP rechecked again.
