General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Naval displacement is not a know entity as per Allopathic practices but since you have symptoms related to it like pain in upper abdomen, feeling that umbilicus is sifter to upper part, vomiting, tachycardia, frustration and not gaining weight we need to have the following things in such a situation:
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations under the care of a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen.
Upper GI Endoscopy.
Tests of blood,stool and urine.
All these will give the most proper diagnosis and the proper plan of management.
Go for the proper evaluation as something that the family or quack says can ruin the things and you will never get a proper diagnosis and management.
