Suggest Treatment For Nausea , Dizziness And Ringing In The Ears

why have I been feeling nausea and dizzy what s going on. I ve had ringing in my right ear got that checked they found nothing, had an MRI results where normal, had a urine tests for UTI that also came back found nothing also I am diabetic. I just want to know what s wrong with me please.

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query. The symptoms you mention in query occurring due to nerve disturbance . The main reason for nerve disturbance is neuropathy due diabetic condition.

In this case there is degeneration of nervous system due to diabetic condition . The nerve supplying to middle ear that is vestibulocochlear nerve is getting affected with neuropathy and leads to ringing in ear the condition is called 'tinitus' .

I would suggest you to consult doctor for proper examination and to rule out other causes . Doctor may prescribe medicine to strengthen the nervous system like neurobion forte alon with other medicine .

For now physical therapy of ear , try to keep it dry and start doing yoga and meditation.
