Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Body Pain And Upper Respiratory Infection

Hi. For the past three days, my body has been extremely sore. Especially my right shoulder. Also, I felt as though I had an upper respiratory infection starting. The reason I say this is because I typically get an onset of sinusitis about twice a year, and its like I have the flu when I have one. Well, three days later, with cephalexin therapy, and still showing no signs of improvement. Sinuses aren t bothering me. But, my chest is bothering me quite badly. Almost feels like a raw, irritated feeling, with nausea, no vomiting. And muscle aches. Also, my right shoulder feels as though it wants to pop out of socket. Any thoughts?

It seems of viral etiology ,add paracetamol two times per day along with cetum 250 mg two times a day for three days ,saline gargles three times per day ,shoulder pain could be because of viral illness or weak muscles of cuff so need physiotherapy along with above treatment
