Suggest Treatment For Nasal Block After Treated Concha Bullosa

I was diagnosed with Choncha bullosa 3 months back when I appeared for a check up with intermittent nose bleeds. The ENT specialist prescribed my Flucicone FT nasal spray to be used twice daily for 2 months. Now I am not using the spray. Nose bleeds are not there but early in the morning and during bedtime I have blocked nose and severe intermittent pains in the nasal junction. I am planning for a follow-up visit with the ENT specialist. may I know if you could suggest / advice me of the next steps?

Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
Concha bullosa is air filled bony enlargement of middle turbinate, You need a nasal endoscopy to evaluate the space in the nose and CT scan may be required to evaluate the sinuses.
If nasal sprays are giving adequate improvement in nasal block, then surgery is next option.
Endoscopic tubinectomy will give adequate relief from nasal block.
