Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramp Leading To Spread Of Discoloration In Arm
I was working and felt a muscle cramp in my left forearm. My muscle raised up into a hard huge lump. Now a week later my entire forearm is black and purple and this bruise is creeping up into my upper arm now. Do I need to see my physician or should I continue icing it.
