Suggest Treatment For Mood Swings, Fatigue And Depression

I have been having extreme mood swings, fatigue, hungry but can t eat much or lose interest once I start eating and feeling depressed. Currently prescribed 20mg of Adderall 2x a day and valium as needed. These symptoms have been going on for about two weeks. I ve been on the medication for months. Does it sould like I have depression? Or could those meds just now cause side effects?

I really appreciate your concern, functional symptoms and medicines taken for this is like double edge sword, one can come out of this condition even without the helps of medicines and for that, be positive, practical, bring back the confidence, try some relaxation therapy, yoga, meditation, try to be happy, and you can do this, it is not a big deal, try it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
