Suggest Treatment For Moderate Scoliosis Of The Spine And Multilevel Arthritis

I am having severe lower back pain and also pain in the buttocks and upper thigh that feels like a bad toothache. An x-ray showed moderate scoliosis of the spine, multilevel arthritis and advanced degenerative disc disease. I have had lower back pain for about 5 years, but has recently become more severe. I am 75 years of age and otherwise healthy. What is my prognosis as I do not particularly want to have surgery? Are there any other good treatments?
