Suggest Treatment For Mild Posterior Disc Bulge On L3/L4

Hi I have a mild posterior disk bulge on L3-4 and a broad based left paracentral disc protrusion on my C4-5. Which indents the anterior aspect of the cord. I get a lot of pain in my neck when I try and sleep. It always feels tight and sore. Also I always have lots of pain in my mid back region that goes all the way down my thighs and into my legs. I did have a stage 4 spondylolisthesis that ended in a fusion of L4-5 and S1. I'm just wondering what I should be doing about it. I haven't seen a spine specialist yet. I didn't have the bulging discs at the time of my fusion. It's been 7yrs since my fusion. I just found out about my discs should I even do anything at this point. I do have problems with numbness and tingling that go down from my butt to my feet. It can get pretty painful at times doing any work or activities.
