Suggest Treatment For Middle Back And Abdominal Pain

I have a pain on the left side of my stomach. It comes and goes. I have had an X-ray scan of my esophagus and a scan of my gull bladder. Everything came up negative. I also have pain in my middle back that started about a month ago and is getting worse. Any thoughts?
