General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a sign of hypocalcemia (low blood calcium level). Rush to your nearest hospital and get evaluated. Do serum calcium status and other basic investigations to look for any metabolic abnormalities. Rarely infiltration to nerves can also cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
