Suggest Treatment For Lymph Node Swelling

Hi, I am a female, 58 y/o, about 5'4" and weigh about 190. I have 4 year unexplained supraclavicular lymph node swelling, not painful. The swelling appeared shortly after having a total thyroidectomy which was because of 17 benign nodules in the thyroid. I have dizziness when reaching my arms over my head, a burning feeling inside my upper back region, and when I experience the dizziness, my hearing diminishes to the point where I can tell people are talking, but can't hear them. I was diagnosed in 2005 with slight ulceration of my terminal illieum, which they said indicated Crohn's disease. I also have herniation of C5-C6 discs and a shadow showed up on a CAT scan in my bone marrow. A biopsy of the hip was done showing no disease. I am concerned as I am fatigued, but no other symptoms. The dizziness is becoming more frequent to where it occurs several times a week. What gives?
